Condition
Sexual, Domestic & Childhood Abuse
A confidential space to process the impact of past or ongoing abuse.
The impact of abuse can surface immediately or years later, and it deserves a pace and level of care set entirely by what feels safe for you. This work is trauma-informed throughout, with safety and stabilisation always coming first. At Chaitanya Raj in Vashi & Belapur, Navi Mumbai, we support survivors of sexual, domestic, and childhood abuse, led by Lt. Col. Rajesh Sharma (Retd), with over 25 years of experience in hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural approaches. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.
Common signs
How it works
Sessions begin with safety and stabilisation, at whatever pace you need — there is no expectation to share more than feels manageable, especially early on. From there, a carefully paced, trauma-informed approach combines stabilisation technique, Ego State Therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy once safety is established.
Childhood Abuse
The effects of childhood abuse often surface long into adulthood, shaping trust, relationships, and self-worth in ways that can be hard to trace back to their origin. Sessions offer a safe, paced space to process this, entirely on your terms.
Domestic Abuse
Whether you're processing the aftermath of a past relationship or navigating a current situation, support is shaped around your safety first. If you are currently in danger, please contact local emergency services or a domestic abuse helpline before or alongside starting counselling.
Sexual Assault Support
Support after sexual assault is entirely survivor-led — nothing is asked of you before you're ready to share it. Sessions focus on safety, stabilisation, and rebuilding a sense of control, at whatever pace feels right.
